Service Description
heytubby provides daily accountability phone calls for 30 days. Our service includes:
- Daily personalized phone calls from a real human
- Goal setting and progress tracking
- Motivational support and accountability
- WhatsApp support between calls
Payment and Service Terms
- Service cost: $200 for 30 days
- Payment is required upfront before service begins
- Service starts the day after payment confirmation and form completion
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Refund and Dispute Policy
Refund eligibility:
- Full refund available within 7 days of service start if no calls have been received
- Partial refund available within 14 days of service start (prorated based on unused days)
- No refunds after 14 days of service start
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
Dispute resolution:
- All disputes must be submitted via email to clarkey23@proton.me
- We will investigate and respond to all disputes within 48 hours
- If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to our management team
- We reserve the right to involve third-party mediation if necessary
Cancellation Policy
Service cancellation:
- You may cancel your service at any time by emailing clarkey23@proton.me
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled call
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing period once service has started
- Future scheduled calls will be cancelled immediately upon request
Service termination by heytubby:
- We reserve the right to terminate service for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of these terms
- In case of termination, a prorated refund may be provided at our discretion
- We will provide written notice of termination via email
Return Policy
Since our service is digital and involves personal interaction, traditional returns do not apply. However:
- If you're unsatisfied with the service quality, contact us immediately
- We will work to resolve any issues and may offer additional support or partial refunds
- Feedback is always welcome and helps us improve our service
Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal information is collected solely for service delivery
- We will never share your contact details with third parties
- Call recordings are not made without explicit consent
- You may request deletion of your data at any time
Limitation of Liability
heytubby provides motivational and accountability support. We are not medical professionals, therapists, or financial advisors. Our service is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or financial advice.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
